Terms of Use

VLT Player is a media player, nothing more. It hosts no content, provides no channels, and sells no subscriptions to anyone else's content. It plays the IPTV service you already pay for.

1. What the app is

VLT Player lets you connect an IPTV playlist you already hold — via Xtream Codes, an M3U URL, or a local file — and watch it with a proper player: a filled-in guide, artwork and descriptions, and access to every audio and subtitle track a stream carries.

2. What the app is not

We do not operate, own, resell or endorse any IPTV service. We supply no channels, films or series, and we have no relationship with your provider. No content is stored on or served from our systems. If content in your playlist is unavailable, incorrect, interrupted or unlawful, that is a matter between you and your provider.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the playlist you add and for holding the necessary rights or subscription to view it. You must comply with the laws of your country. Do not use VLT Player to access content you are not entitled to.

4. Subscriptions

VLT Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on a weekly, monthly or yearly term. There is no free trial.
The subscription unlocks features of this app. It does not purchase, include or grant access to any television content.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them.
Apple's standard licence also applies: Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the app beyond what the licences below permit, resell it, or use it to distribute content to others.

6. Open source

VLT Player uses VLCKit (part of the VideoLAN project), licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public Licence, version 2.1 or later. The licence text and information on obtaining the corresponding source are available at videolan.org/legal.html and code.videolan.org/videolan/VLCKit. For a copy of the source used in this build, write to tlgmst@gmail.com.

Metadata and artwork are supplied by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Playback quality depends on your provider, your stream and your network — none of which we control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. We may suspend the app's premium features if these terms are breached.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing here limits consumer rights you hold under the law of your own country of residence.

VLT Player bir medya oynatıcısıdır, fazlası değil. İçerik barındırmaz, kanal sağlamaz ve başkasının içeriğine abonelik satmaz. Senin zaten ödediğin IPTV servisini oynatır.

1. Uygulama nedir

VLT Player, halihazırda sahip olduğun bir IPTV playlist'ini — Xtream Codes, M3U adresi veya yerel dosya ile — bağlamanı ve düzgün bir oynatıcıyla izlemeni sağlar: dolu bir yayın akışı, afiş ve özetler, yayındaki her ses ve altyazı parçasına erişim.

2. Uygulama ne değildir

Hiçbir IPTV servisini işletmiyor, sahiplenmiyor, yeniden satmıyor veya onaylamıyoruz. Kanal, film veya dizi sunmuyoruz; sağlayıcınla hiçbir ilişkimiz yok. Sistemlerimizde hiçbir içerik barındırılmaz veya sunulmaz. Playlist'indeki içerik erişilemez, hatalı, kesintili veya hukuka aykırıysa bu, seninle sağlayıcın arasındaki bir konudur.

3. Sorumluluğun

Eklediğin playlist'ten ve onu izlemek için gerekli hak ya da aboneliğe sahip olmaktan yalnızca sen sorumlusun. Ülkendeki yasalara uymak zorundasın. VLT Player'ı hakkın olmayan içeriğe erişmek için kullanma.

4. Abonelikler

VLT Premium; haftalık, aylık veya yıllık dönemli, kendini otomatik yenileyen bir abonelik olarak sunulur. Ücretsiz deneme yoktur.
Abonelik bu uygulamanın özelliklerini açar. Herhangi bir televizyon içeriğini satın almaz, içermez veya erişim vermez.
Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla Apple Kimliğine yansıtılır. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmazsa abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğini cihazındaki Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Satın almalar Apple tarafından işlenir. İadeler Apple'ın kendi politikalarına göre yapılır; tarafımızdan verilemez.
Apple'ın standart lisansı da geçerlidir: Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı aşağıdaki lisansların izin verdiğinin ötesinde tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutma, yeniden satma veya başkalarına içerik dağıtmak için kullanma.

6. Açık kaynak

VLT Player, VideoLAN projesinin parçası olan VLCKit'i kullanır; GNU Lesser General Public License sürüm 2.1 veya sonrası ile lisanslıdır. Lisans metni ve ilgili kaynak koda erişim bilgisi videolan.org/legal.html ve code.videolan.org/videolan/VLCKit adreslerindedir. Bu sürümde kullanılan kaynağın bir kopyası için tlgmst@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Meta veri ve görseller TMDB tarafından sağlanır. Bu ürün TMDB API'sini kullanır ancak TMDB tarafından onaylanmış veya sertifikalandırılmış değildir.

7. Garanti yokluğu

Uygulama "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Oynatma kalitesi sağlayıcına, yayınına ve ağına bağlıdır; bunların hiçbiri bizim denetimimizde değildir. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

8. Değişiklikler ve sona erdirme

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; esaslı değişiklikler bu sayfaya yeni bir tarihle yansıtılır. Şartlar ihlal edilirse uygulamanın premium özelliklerini askıya alabiliriz.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, ikamet ettiğin ülkenin hukukundan doğan tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.
